Our Process

After your initial contact with us, an expert restoration person will visit you, inspect the rug, measure it, discuss restoration options with you and issue you a price. If you agree with the price the rug will be picked up, restored and delivered once it is done and inspected by the restoration supervisor. If the supervisor is not 100% satisfied with the results he/she will have the restoration performed to complete the service. Only then will it be delivered to you. When your rug is delivered and laid out for you we do ask you inspect the rug very well. Only if everything is to your satisfaction we will leave. If after the delivery person leaves and you see someone you do not like please call our office immediately.

If you live in any of the 5 boroughs we can have someone there within 24 hours to give you an estimate. If you decide at that time you need to think about it that is ok as well. Someone will follow up with you the following week.
